I am interested in a private event, how do I go about this?

I am scheduled for an MRI

First, please check with the facility you are scheduled with. Due the solid gold material and dainty chains most offices will offer to medical tape your pieces down.
If they do require you to remove your piece, simply grab a pair of scissors and snip at the jump ring where the weld took place. Keep your piece somewhere safe and attend an upcoming pop-up where we can rebond your piece, free of charge.

TSA PreCheck & Travel

You do not need to worry about your permanent pieces when traveling.
TSA PreCheck & Security approved!

I need to remove my piece.

Fine Jewelry FAQ

How long should I expect my order to be shipped?

With each piece being made to order, please allow 8-15 days for your piece to be magnificently handcrafted. Shipping will follow depending on the chosen delivery method.

We will try our best to accommodate your needs.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently do not ship internationally.
However, if you are interested in placing an order outside of the USA please send order inquiry details to orders@thebondsociety.com

I am interested in a different chain length, do you offer this?

We currently offer two options for length in our necklaces.
If you are looking for a custom length, please send your custom desired length to orders@thebondsociety.com

Returns & Exchanges

At The Bond Society we strive to provide 100% customer satisfaction.
Due to our pieces being handmade to order, we do not accept returns. If you experience a damaged piece, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Please send all details to orders@thebondsociety.com

Ring Sizing

All of our rings are US standard sizing. The Bond Society is not responsible for choosing your appropriate ring size.
Please use the ring sizing guide found here or head to your local jeweler to have them size your desired finger.

How should I care for my jewelry?

Due to our pieces being solid 14k gold only, you can simply clean your pieces every few weeks. Your jewelry will not face any tarnishing or color deficiency. Live your days worry free in our fine jewelry!
