Fine Jewelry & Bond Without Commitments:

We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. We do not accept returns.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

Permanent Jewelry Pop-Ups: 

Due to our Permanent Jewelry customization, all pieces are final sale / no exchanges. If you are experiencing any issues or have any questions regarding this matter, you can contact us at Hello@thebondsociety.com.

Returns are accepted on all unworn items within 30 days of purchase. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
